We remain committed to providing the best quality of services possible to our clients. We value each and every client, and we review refund requests on an individual basis to enhance their experience.
As a part of this policy, the terms “We,” “Our,” and “Us” refer to Professional Writing Services Pvt. Ltd. Also, the terms “You” and “Your” refer to our valued clients who reach out to us for our services. This policy outlines the specific circumstances under which you remain eligible to return the content you have purchased from us.
Revision Policy
Free Revision Eligibility
Professional Writing Services offer flexible and free revisions for all academic writing services up to three, as long as the revision requirements do not contradict the original project scope. For newer adjustments like a change of topic, formatting, etc., we do revisions by charging an additional fee, considering such changes as a new request.
Revision Request Timeframe
We require our clients to submit revision requests within a timeframe of 7 days of delivering the content.
Conditions for Revision
For a revision request to qualify for free modifications, it shouldn’t deviate from the original project scope.
If there are any new requirements, for instance change in the formatting, extra word count or addition of a new section, we will treat them as new and charge an additional fee.
Revision Limitations
We offer up to three free revisions for the academic writing services if your request qualifies for free modifications.
Refund Policy
Refund requests will be considered only if the concern is valid, clearly justified, and reviewed by our team.
Eligibility for Refund
Under the following situations, you prove your eligibility for a refund.
- You cancelled your order before we assigned it to a writer in our team.
- We have failed to deliver to you the completed work on the deadline we promised
- You have strong evidence to prove that the delivered work is of poor quality or contains plagiarism.
- You have paid us twice for the service (duplicate payment).
Non-Refundable Situations
Under the following situations, we cannot issue you a refund.
- The completed final assignment has been delivered to you.
- You decide to change the topic after receiving the completed work
- You cancel the order while the work is in progress
- There are flaws in the assignment due to incomplete or incorrect information from the client’s side
- You received a low grade for the assignment. We don’t guarantee you a certain grade since several factors influence the grade.
Refund Processing Time
If you have any concerns about the delivered academic project, we expect you to raise them within a 7-day period after the delivery. We won’t process refund requests raised after this period.
Refund Conditions
In case of refund approval, the amount will be limited to 50% of the total fee. We will complete the processing of your request within 3 working days of your request submission
Cancellation Policy
- Your eligibility for a refund in cases of project cancellation is restricted to cancellation requests raised 24 hours before the project has been assigned to a writer on our team.
- For such a request, we issue a full refund after deducting process charges and applicable GST.
- If the cancellation request falls after our writers have begun the task, or if it reaches us after 24 hours, the maximum refund we can issue will be only up to 50%. The exact amount is determined based on the current status of the work.
- Please note that we strictly cannot issue a refund for emergency orders, as those orders go to the writer immediately after order placement.
- You can expect us to act on the refund request (whether to accept or reject it) within three business days after your request submission.
General Terms
Professional Writing Services may decide to assess, pass or decline a refund request after factoring in the specific context or nature of the request.
The final project will reflect the inputs and requirements shared by our client. If there are mistakes or incompleteness in the input provided, it may affect the final output too. Because of this, Professional Writing Services cannot take accountability for mistakes or issues that happened as a result of the client’s inputs.
We are flexible in abiding by client requests for minor changes within the initial briefing scope, free of charge. However, if significant changes are required that introduce a completely new scope, we will treat them as a new request and charge accordingly.
Work Process Policy
Work Process for Content Writing Service
For our content writing services like thesis, dissertations and assignments, we offer two types of work processes
Option 1
We will begin your project once you complete the full payment in advance. We will deliver you the completed final work on or before the time we promised you at the time of order placement.
Option 2
We will start your project upon the confirmation of 50% of the fee in advance. After we complete the first draft of the project, we will send it over to you for review. You can review the work and give us the approval to proceed by paying us the remaining 50% of the payment. After the whole project is completed, we will deliver it on time.
Work Process for Content Writing Service
Our work process for design services such as PPTs, posters, and similar deliverables follows the guidelines outlined below.
- After receiving the advance payment in full, we will share a few work samples with you to give you an idea of the creative and help you guide us in the right direction.
- After you decide on a creative style, we will proceed with the design process.
- If you request any newer adjustments in the design after your initial approval process, we will treat it as a fresh requirement and charge a separate fee.
