Also, the terms “You” and “Your” refer to our valued clients who reach out to us for our services This policy outlines the specific circumstances under which you remain eligible to return the content you have purchased from us.
Our clients have the option to request a partial or complete refund of their payment under these circumstances:
- Content is unusable: If you consider the content we have provided to be “unusable” for your specific campaign, you can return it to us and claim a refund. However, we would expect you to provide specific details explaining the issue with the content.
- Major flaws: In case the content contains any major flaws, you may request a refund. Please outline the issues or flaws you encounter with the content in these situations.
There are a few terms governing refund requests.
- Timeframe: We require our clients to submit refund requests within a timeframe of 14 days of delivering the content.
- Reason for refund: Our clients are required to clearly state the exact reason for their request for refund.
After carefully evaluating each request based on these conditions, we assure a prompt and fair resolution of the issue.
How does our refund policy work?
At PWS, we have come up with a straightforward refund policy for our clients. If the content we deliver fails to fulfill your desired standards, you may request a partial or full refund.
If you decide to discontinue our services before we deliver the content, the project cannot come under a refund request. Rather, we consider it as a cancellation. We allow our clients to cancel projects within 24 hours from the moment they place their order.
Please note that you can only request a refund for the content that you haven’t published. If you already publish the content, our refund policy refrains us from processing a refund for the same.
We have a specific refund section on our website, using which you need to request a complete or partial refund for your money. When you place the request, we are going to process the transaction immediately for you after evaluating the case.
We are going to deposit the amount back to the same source through which you had made the initial payment. This transaction may take any time from a few days to a week. It largely depends on your banking facility and norms specific to your country.
Please note that you cannot cancel a project after our writers start working on the same.
